The GH team (that's what they call themselves) had our entire website redesigned and running in just 60 days. That may sound like a long time, but our website had over 3,000 pages. When I opened the report, it was full of detailed instructions of what the problems with my website were, and how to fix them on my own. I was left scratching my head, because I was completely surprised by not getting a salesman ringing my phone 20 times. Going through the audit they sent over, I had some questions about some of their findings, so I gave them a call. I was directed from a receptionist to an assistant, which told me I would have to make an appointment to review the SEO website audit. The appointment was set for that afternoon, which seemed really quick. When I called in for the appointment, a guy started going through the website audit with me. He answered all of my questions, and was unbelievably knowledgeable. I told him that he should ask his boss for a raise, and there was a pretty long pause, then he informed me that he was the owner. Immediately, I thought they might be a Mom & Pop shop, so I asked him how many employees they have, and all of the usual questions. He informed me that while he has over 30 full time employees, he is a working owner, and does all of the SEO for their clients. I was blown away. Long story made short, I've been a client of GingerHippo for about 3 months, and couldn't ask for a better experience. They are now managing my SEO, along with marketing and my website. Amazingly, they don't make anyone sign a contract, or pay in advance.
